What is the 21 Day Challenge?
The 21-day challenge is a fitness and nutrition program that combines simple portion control, clean eating, and 30-minute workouts to help you finally get the lean, defined body you’ve always wanted. We offer a beginners and extreme program. If you are not sure which level is right for you, please let me know and we can come up with the right plan!

What is included in the 21 Day Challenge include?

Does the 21 Day Challenge cost money?
Yes, when you purchase a 21 Day Challenge package from me or a Wholesome Way Coach you are eligible to join our 21 Day private challenge group for free!  If you are not ready for our 21 day challenge, you can always join our free 5 Day Slim Down Challenge!
