I know chips are not the healthiest but I LOVE them and need them in my life from time to time. I like the crunch! My old go to chips were Cheetos and BBQ flavored chips. Over the years I have found healthier alternatives to help me when I have the urge to eat chips.
Bare Fruit Sea Salt Carmel Coconut Chips: Yep, thats right SEA SALT flavored chips! These coconut chips are delicious and I add them to trail mix or on top of my morning smoothie or Greek yogurt. They also make honey and 'sweet & heat' flavored coconut chips.
Bare Fruit Apple Chips: 100% organic, baked not fried, no sugar added chips. These are delicious and I have to portion out 1/2 cup and walk away because I can easily eat a whole bag. These are a perfect little treat when I want something sweet and crunchy. My favorite flavors are fuji red and cinnamon.
Mrs Mary's Crispy Veggie Chips: I usually find these chips at Costco and they are perfect when I'm craving something salty. These chips are 100% natural, gluten free, and include sweet potato, pumpkin squash, string beans, and carrots. My favorite are the sweet potatoes!
Simply 7: This company makes lentil, quinoa, and hummus chips but the lentil chips are my favorite. I recently discovered the Bruschetta flavor and they are delicious. They are light, airy, and of course crunchy!
Quest Protein Chips: These I have not tried and I was told they taste similar to Pop Chips. I do like Pop chips so I'm sure I would like these. Have you tried them?
