Vanilla Apple Crisp Smoothie

Refreshing, light, and delicious is how I would sum up this apple cinnamon smoothie! It reminds me of a sweet apple pie but without all the calories and 0 guilt.  

Here's the dish:

Ingredients:
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology
  • 1/4 cup Apple Sauce
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 handful Fiji Apple Chips
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients listed above in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
